On the My Account page, you can either register a new account or log in to an existing account. You can also create a new account during the checkout process when you purchase from the online store. 

If you have previously ordered on the website:

You may find that your email is already associated with an account. If that is the case, simply click the Forgot Password link on the My Account page to create a brand new account with your email address.

Once you have created your new account with your preferred email address and password, you will want to make sure that you are logged in and using your account for all future purchases. You should remain logged in to your account for future visits but if you are logged out, you can simply head to the My Account page and log back in.

On each product page, you will see how many points you will receive from a purchase. You will also see a section at the top of the checkout page that will allow you to redeem any existing points you may have on your account.

When your order is processed, you will automatically be given points to your account. You can access your existing points through the Online Rewards section of the My Account page. The current rewards are:

• 1 point for every $1 spent
• 100 points = $5 credit on future orders
• $300+ order total = 200 points ($10 credit)
• Write a review on the website = 200 points ($10 credit)
• Post our product on Instagram and tag @43cbdsolutions = 300 points ($15 credit)
